Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Furniture Delivery: Larger items such as furniture may require special handling and delivery, which can take 7-14 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the items, and your delivery address.
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders exceeding $500.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. For international orders or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact customer support for additional details.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor the status of your delivery through our website or the carrier’s tracking platform.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@freshrapic.net or by calling (972) 317-1684. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
